What happens after I create a case?

  • When you open a case within The Service Hub you’ll immediately receive an email with a unique case number. While Seneca’s Service Hub representatives work to resolve your case, you can check the progress of your case by logging in to The Service Hub portal and selecting “My Cases” from the main menu.
