Q: Can I reserve and pay for a computer for PC now and pick-up at a later date/time?

A: Unfortunately, we are NOT accepting requests to reserve the products. It is a first come, first serve basis in-person sale.

Q: Can I make a purchase online?

A: No. This is an in-person sale.

Q: Can I purchase more than one?

A: Students will be limited to 1 device. You can rejoin the back of the line and try for another. If the line is not too long, the student may purchase multiples.

Q: Can I pay for it in-person and then pick it up after class?

A: All products purchased MUST be picked up once payment has been made, as we do NOT offer storage.

Q: Do you offer shipping?

A: No. Shipping is NOT available. It is pick-up ONLY.

Q: If it’s not WIFI capable, how do I connect to the internet?

A: You can connect using an ethernet cable or Wi-Fi adapter - which can be purchased at your nearest computer retail store.
