This year marks the School of ECE’s first in-person Career Fair since 2020, when it was shifted to a virtual model following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a wonderful event that the School of ECE was happy to offer to its students once more.

Newnham Campus held the first career fair on Feb. 22, followed by an additional event on March 8 at King Campus.

More the 90 organizations, including child care and community agencies, were part of the exhibition, where students could network and explore full-time and part-time employment opportunities available now and upon graduation. Community partners like school boards, YMCA and the Upper Canada Child Care Centre were in attendance. The two career fairs experienced a tremendous student turnout, with hundreds of individuals recorded on both campuses.
