Students inspire innovation and design during competition

Innovative and alluring event designs were highlighted at Seneca’s annual Inspired Spaces.

The virtual competition, showcased 13 tabletop creations from the Event Management - Creative Design graduate certificate program. Over the past eight months students were challenged to conceptualize and design an event concept, including developing a theme, sourcing vendors and pitching their ideas to faculty and industry professionals.

The event was hosted by graduate Brandon Zakkai and was supported by Seneca’s Photography diploma program and the Event & Media Production diploma program.

Congratulations to the winning students:

  • Gold — Sara Medina’s San Summer-Grino Brunch
  • Silver — Victoria Di Carlo’s Dior x Fashion of Florals
  • Bronze — Brenton Robinson’s Space X & Nasa – Take Me to the Moon

Check out some of the glamorous designs.
