On Thursday, April 13, final-year students in select design programs took part in the Redefining Design show at Newnham. The showcase featured student projects representative of the following programs: Event Management – Creative Design, Fashion Arts, Floral Design and Visual Merchandising Arts.

Using a theme of their choice, students created a tabletop for a fictitious client, imagined floral designs and immersive interactive installations and debuted their fashion collections on the runway. Independent music created by students accompanied the fashion show. Garments and accessories from the 1950s to 2010s were also displayed by Seneca’s Fashion Resource Centre.

Seneca would like to thank our generous donors and sponsors and industry judges.

Check out pictures of the winning designs.
