Familiarize yourself with the different technologies used at Seneca. Hosted by Seneca’s Information Technology Services, these introductory sessions will show you how to access technology, IT services, learning platforms and resources. To learn more, visit Seneca's ITS website. Sessions will be delivered using Zoom. The passcode to join all sessions is: ITs2022

Video Conferencing Tools - Your professors will be using one of four online learning platforms to deliver classes and to connect with you: BigBlueButton, Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom.  Join ITS to learn how to access the platform and key features for online classes.

Accessing Technology at Seneca

This session will show you how to activate your Seneca account, set up Microsoft Authenticator (two-step verification), and access services such as Learn@Seneca, Student Home, email, free software, and IT help desk.
