Information Technology Sessions – September 2023 Orientation | Get involved with Student Life

Familiarize yourself with the different technologies used at Seneca. Sessions will be delivered virtually using Zoom and  recordings will be available on the ITS webpage on Tuesday, Aug. 29.   

Accessing Technology at Seneca

This session will show you how to activate your Seneca account, set up Microsoft Authenticator (two-step verification), and access services such as Learn@Seneca, email, free software and ITS Service Desk.

Video Conferencing Tools

Learn how to access platforms and key features for online classes. Students have access to licensed accounts for Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
