    To clear the cache for the Cloudpaging Player follow the instructions below:

    Seneca Issued Computer:

    1. Reboot the computer to clear the cache.

    Personal Computers (Non-Organization):

    1. Right click the Cloudpaging Player icon found in the bottom-right corner of your screen
    2. Click Open Cloudpaging Player


    3. Click on File and Select Options


    4. Select the tab Cache and click Clear Cache
    5. Open Task Manager and select the tab Services
    6. Right click on the service Streaming Core and select Stop


    7. Open File explorer and select Disk C
    8. On the top menu, click on the tab View and check the Hidden Items
    9. Open the folder ProgramData, then open Numecent 

    10. Open the folder StreamingCore and then open Cache
    11. Select all and delete

    12. Open Task Manager and select the tab Services
    13. Right click on the service Streaming Core and select Start
    14. Open MyApps and launch the application again.
