Auto CAD not working on MyAPP

  • Hello please I need help with MyAPP software (AutoCAD). It keep telling me license checkout time out. I attached a screenshot of it. I can't study or do my class with it. 

    What can I do?

    To use AutoCAD from MyApps you must be connected to Student VPN . You also have the option to use Virtual Commons from the regular Pool to access AutoCad or install it locally. 

    If you are not successfully with these options, please send an email to ITS Service Desk.
