Installing GlobalProtect VPN

1. Please select the nearest area where you live.
   • China North (Beijing) – https://112.126.93.249
   • China South (Shenzhen) – https://120.79.186.75
   • China East (Shanghai) – https://139.196.193.231
2. Go to the IP address of the area you selected to download the VPN client.
3. Log on with your login/username (not your full Seneca email address) and password. Example, your Seneca email address is jdoe@myseneca.ca and your username is jdoe.
4. Download the GlobalProtect agent that corresponds to your computer’s operating system.
5. Install the software using the default options and then open the GlobalProtect application.
6. In the Portal text box type the IP address of the area you selected and click Connect. For example: if you selected China North as your area you would enter 112.126.93.249 as the portal address.
7. Enter your Seneca username and password.
8. Click Sign In to connect.
