  • How do I fix the error “Oops! Something went wrong.” when I try to report a suspicious email with the Report Spam (red fish) button?

     

  • Answered
    1. Close your Outlook application.
    2. On your keyboard hold the Windows key and press R to open a Run box.
    3. Copy the following text, paste it into the Run box, and press Enter. "%localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef”
    4. In the Explorer window that opens, highlight all files and folders and delete them.

    5. Open Outlook and the button will be fixed.
