Hello, I recently lost my phone which had the Authenticator to help me log in. I don't have the current number linked & can't log into my seneca email since it's asking for the number. Trying to set up the Authenticator on another deceive it keeps trying to just send to my number. How I can fix this?

I have same issue. I can access blackboard but i can not access email account because it asks for 2 step verification...
