How can I change or add a phone number if I no longer have my device?
Note: It is highly recommended to have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on your phone to avoid delays.
This request is not immediate and can take up to 24 to 48 hours to process. You can send an email or call 416.764.0411 for the ITS Service Desk for assistance. Be prepared to verify information on your account and ensure that your personal email is the same as on Student Home and the error received.
Once the information is received it will be sent for processing and upon completion your MFA will be reset.
Tip: Recover your Microsoft Authenticator app settings when you get a new device get a new device.
