First off congratulations, this platform is a huge improvement.
I tried to set up my profile, but noticed in /myaccount that there where two links/buttons beside my icon
One reading "Ava Ardiel" and the other reading "Edit Profile"
The problem is that the "Edit Profile" doesn't go anywhere and the "Ava Ardiel" goes to the ANOTHER account page, and to get to the actual editor you have to click on the camera icon.
(The camera icon that says "Change photo" does not, in fact lead to an option to change your photo)
(One could also skip the use of that icon all together and just have the user click on their image, and if needed have a semi-transparent icon appear in the middle of their image to indicate a button with said camera icon)
I also noticed the CSS code not working properly around the nav bar on the side of the screen in the editor
If you click them in the right order they all become selected.

Lastly, in the main nav bar that sticks to the top of your page at all times there is a profile section
Said section activates a dropdown with a "Preferences" option under the "Personal Settings" header.
Why not include preferences in profile editor and vice versa?
That way there is one place with all the settings instead of two with different ones.

All that being said the website looks very good, and having a space for students to connect was a great idea.

yeah u are so right i cant figure out how to do that and i cant figure out how to add a photo there is no option for it. if anyone has figured out how to do so please let me know it would be much appriciated.
Hello Megan: For the time being, we have set up the platform to limit the amount of student information that’s visible in personal profiles and the details that students can provide on their own. This decision was based on advice from Seneca’s Privacy Office to ensure our students’ safety online. New bug just dropped! When you change your timezone it changes the times people edited your comment. I had mine on Fiji time for a while because I thought it would be funny and I noticed my newest notifications where around 12 hours ago. I tested it by changing it back to ET time and they checking the times, then going to the timezone furthest away (UTC+14:00) and there was a 14 hour difference. Instead of converting ET time to UTC time and Fiji time to UTC time and checking the difference, it just takes the time without timezone and compares the two. Unsure if it works the other way where if I where to post something in a timezone that is before ET would it say I posted it from the past?
I continued to pursue the time travel idea and noticed there is a section for posting to change when you posted.Obviously I set my post date to 6/15/1215 to see if I can time travel to when the magna carta was signed. It didn't work sadly :( but I could still set the date I posted it and I don't really see the value in that....maybe I can set things to post later? Either way it seems a bit redundant.
