The first session (March 22) will cover the fundamentals of women's self-defence and a range of body weapons.The second session (March 29) will build on the first, continuing to break down myths and stereotypes about violence against women, and adding on more body weapons and body-hold releases.* On March 29 (Part 2), priority will be given registered participants who attended March 22 (Part 1). *Due to the nature of the training, masking is mandatory in this workshop.
