I liked this video specially because I can see that the movements presented in this video are targeting different muscle groups which is very important. There is a lot of focus on Balance and Core which is also quite unique. Barre is something I want to try out after watching this video!

I liked this video because Micro Dosing Exercise is a new concept for me. I have always trained for longer periods and now that I have less time on my hands with assignments and job, I avoid working out because of lack of time. This video motivated me to start Mirco-Dosing my workouts and achieve my fitness goal.

I found this video to be extremely helpful for those who have less time on their hands and often compromise on their meals. It explains exactly what meal planning is and how it's cost-effective, time-saving, and convenient.
I loved this video primarily because of two reasons- 1) Simplicity: Kim demonstrated some simple exercises in this video which can be great for beginners. 2) Resourcefulness: Only two types of equipment were used that are readily available in the market.
